We’re Darin and Monica Strong …
Our story is one of passion, faith and a determination to never give up…
Divine destiny brought us to the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia where we met in high school where we became best friends and fell in love. We’ve been together 20 years now and in the last 10 years we’ve been blessed with 9 amazing children. Our desire was whatever we did in life, when we had children, they would be right there with us. Doing life as a family was a deep conviction we had from the beginning.
We knew when we met that we were different, we always wanted more. We never went with the flow and we constantly challenged the systems that tried to tame us. We are people that are always – ALL IN. God has taken our lives on a journey that changed us and our family tree forever.
The last twenty years have built us – our marriage, our family and our culture. All the while building businesses, a ministry and a life. What we’ve learned through it all is no amount of money matters if your marriage and family is falling apart. What profits a man to gain the world and lose his soul, his family and his home?
We have chosen to take the road less traveled – not a road of personal ambition but one that our children and their children can walk on with us.
We are not chasing influence, we’re raising it.
While at times walking by faith feels like we can’t see where we’re going, we know it’s going to be what made all the difference…

Darin
Darin is a husband, father of nine, entrepreneur, storyteller, and builder of legacy.
Alongside his wife, Monica, Darin teaches on marriage, parenting, discipleship, home culture, leadership, and personal responsibility through books, courses, community, and media.
As a father, he believes the home is the primary place where identity, values, and destiny are formed. His greatest accomplishments are not measured by business success or public recognition, but by the people gathered around his table and the generations that will come after him.
Darin is a visionary with the heart of a shepherd. He naturally sees systems, blueprints, and long-term possibilities. Whether developing communities, educational platforms, family businesses, homesteads, retreats, or media brands, he is driven by a desire to build things that outlast him.
His message is centered on a simple conviction: strong families build strong communities, and strong communities build strong nations.
Having walked through seasons of uncertainty, transition, loss, entrepreneurship, parenthood, and faith-filled risk, Darin speaks less as an expert and more as a guide. His work continually points people back to ownership, responsibility, and the belief that meaningful lives are built one faithful decision at a time.
At his core, Darin is not trying to create followers.
He is trying to create fathers, mothers, leaders, and families who know how to build something worth passing on.

Monica
Monica is a wife, mother, nurse, village midwife, entrepreneur, educator, and advocate for the sacred work of motherhood.
As a mother of nine and a woman who has personally walked through eight very different birth experiences, Monica’s understanding of motherhood was not formed only in a classroom. It was formed through pregnancy, labor, birth, sleepless nights, raising children, building a marriage, creating a home, and becoming a different woman through every season.
With a Master’s degree in Nursing Leadership and a professional background in Labor and Delivery and Midwifery, Monica brings together clinical knowledge, lived experience, and a deep respect for the intuition and authority of women. Her journey through birth profoundly shaped the way she understands the relationship between a woman’s body, mind, identity, and the environment surrounding her.
But Monica’s work has never been only about birth.
She believes birth is often the doorway into something much larger: the birth of a mother.
Motherhood, in Monica’s view, is not an interruption to a woman’s purpose. It is one of the most powerful expressions of it. The home is not a place where women disappear from the world, but one of the places where they most profoundly shape it.
That conviction has led Monica to write, teach, build businesses, develop educational resources, and create spaces where women can grow through pregnancy, birth, motherhood, marriage, health, identity, and the many transitions of womanhood.
She is the creator behind projects including Birthing Freedom, Birthing the Mother within You, and The Monarch Society—work centered around helping women move from fear to understanding, from uncertainty to confidence, and from simply experiencing motherhood to recognizing the authority, responsibility, and transformation that comes with it.
Having walked through birth, motherhood, marriage, entrepreneurship, major transitions, loss, rebuilding, and the continual stretching that comes with raising a large family, Monica does not speak about womanhood from a distance. She speaks from it.
Her message is simple: when a woman becomes a mother and they recognize the power and authority they hold in their home, as the monarch that leads and serves, you strengthen homes and you change generations.
Monica believes motherhood is not about losing who you are. It is about discovering who you were created to become.
At her core, Monica’s work is about becoming.
Becoming a mother. Becoming confident in your own voice. Becoming aware of the authority you carry. Becoming intentional about the home and family entrusted to you.
Because Monica believes that when a woman understands who she is and recognizes the significance of what she carries, she doesn’t simply change her own life.
She changes the generations that come after her.
